Questions
What counts as a minute?
The total length of the uploaded audio file, rounded up to the nearest 0.1 minute.
Can I buy top-ups without a subscription?
Yes. Top-ups are available to all users, including those on the free trial.
How long does the free trial last?
7 days, or until the 120 minutes are used — whichever comes first. Both limits apply, so the trial does not sit unused indefinitely.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Plan minutes reset each month and do not roll over. Top-up minutes are different: they never expire, so a pack bought in January is still there in June until it is used.
